Bring locations into one reporting workflow
One client account may be manageable with a spreadsheet. Across an agency, repeated exports create extra work and make it harder to tell whether two reports mean the same thing.

Make the comparisons meaningful
Start by defining which date, status, and location should apply to each metric. A contact is not automatically a qualified lead. An opportunity’s value is not necessarily collected revenue. Two client pipelines may use different names for the same stage.
A reporting layer in BigQuery gives your team a place to normalize these definitions and join GHL data with separately connected advertising, finance, or website sources. Dashboards can then share those agreed models. Use our agency metric guide as a starting checklist.
Account for the source data’s limits
The connector supplies structured extraction tables, not a finished attribution model or client dashboard. Current opportunities are refreshed as snapshots, so historical stage transitions need a separately designed history model. Incremental contacts capture new records; refresh them in full when existing contact changes matter.
Inbound call records are supported. General SMS/email conversations and a warehouse Locations table are not included in the hosted product. Review the full data catalogue before promising a report to a client.
Start with a useful pilot
- Select a small group of representative locations.
- Choose three decisions the report should support.
- Agree metric definitions and compare source records after the first sync.
- Build the reporting model, configure client access, and expand once the output is trusted.
