- The account email you signed up with
- The affected sub-account (location) and stream, if applicable
- The sync run time or ID from Sync history
- A short description of what you expected versus what happened
Common questions
Does DataCharted change my GoHighLevel data?
No. Access to GoHighLevel is strictly read-only. We only read data to load it into your BigQuery project.
Where is my data stored?
Your CRM data is written to the Google BigQuery project you connect. You own and control that project at all times.
A sync failed — what should I do?
Open the run in Sync history to see the per-stream error detail. Most failures are transient (rate limits or temporary API issues) and clear on the next run. If it persists, email us with the run details above.
How do I stop syncing a location?
Disable the location on the Locations page, or disable specific datasets on the Streams page. You can re-enable at any time.
How do I change who gets alerts?
On the Notifications page, update the recipient emails and choose which outcomes (Failed, Partial, Success, Canceled) send an email.
