Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "Customer") and DataCharted ("DataCharted", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the application, or otherwise using the DataCharted Sync service and related platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DataCharted Sync connects your GoHighLevel account(s) to a Google BigQuery destination you control and periodically copies data from GoHighLevel into that destination. Access to GoHighLevel is read-only. The Service includes configuration, scheduling, run history and notification features described in our documentation.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to connect the GoHighLevel and Google accounts you link to the Service.

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• You are responsible for the GoHighLevel and BigQuery accounts you connect and for the data processed through them.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to extract and store the data you sync, and for complying with applicable data-protection laws.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel and Google BigQuery. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs. You authorize us to access these services on your behalf solely to provide the Service.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed based on the number of connected sub-accounts (locations) synced, as described at sign-up or in your plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. With respect to CRM data synced from GoHighLevel to your destination, you are the data controller and DataCharted acts as a processor on your instructions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by DataCharted and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that all data will be synced without delay or omission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCharted will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data already written to your own BigQuery destination remains yours.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at DataCharted's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
